Favorite New Dessert




Ialways buy the WW ice cream desserts, but I just bought a new one yesterday. Well it's not new, but it was new to me. It is the WW Giant Mint Fudge Cone for 2 points. Now don't get me wrong there is nothing GIANT about it..... BUT it is delicious!!

Laughing cow cheese is delicious and it's only 1 point per wedge!! Here are some yummy recipes that I found and wanted to share. It comes in three flavors, original, herb and garlic and french onion. They are all delicious and taste like a creamier version of cream cheeese. Stuffed Mushrooms Serving Size : 16 3 cup mushrooms 12 wedges Laughing Cow Cheese — Light - Garlic & Herb flavored 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Chop stems. Unwrap cheeses and place in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute to soften. Combine crumbs, mushroom stems and cheese. Take spoonfuls and fill mushroom caps. Place mushroom caps filling side up on ungreased cookie sheet. Cook 20 minutes at 400 degrees Farenheit or until stuffing is lightly browned on top. Let cool, then serve. Mushrooms will be juicy. Black Bean Brownies

My friend made the brownies with the can of black beans that I found on Gina's Weight Watcher Recipes http://weight-watchers-points-recipes.blogspot.com/2008/06/black-bean-brownies-2-pts.html and they are soooooooooo good! I attached a picture with a bite taken out, I had to taste to be able to tell you what I thought :) They are a pretty good size for only 2 points and really rich and creamy. Great work! Thursday's Food: Egg Whites cheese 2 arnolds 1 shrimp 3 yogurt 1 sweet tarts 2 cheese 2 crackers 4 torts 3.5 smartone 4 pudding 1 Total: 23.5 Over: 2.5 Bonus Left: 23.5 Water: 88 ounces Activity: Ran 3.7 walked 1.3 (Can't believe I was able to run from 3.7 to the end!) Intention and Purpose

Intention + Purpose = Results  in·ten·tion a thing intended; an aim or plan Learn to pronounce a thing intended; an aim or plan. pur·pose Learn to pronounce the reason for which something is done or created or for which something exists. Purpose is the object to be reached, or reached for, by your actions. It's the bigger picture. It's the why.  Intention is the specific motion to move toward it. Sounds pretty simple and makes sense to me BUT there are a million different things that get in the way of putting these two simple words into action.... I have had so many intentions of doing so many things in my life the past few years but just couldn't get myself to buy into the purpose.... the purpose being ME.  Intentions to lose weight, exercise, save money, plan trips, blog, end bad relationships, strengthen old relationships, organize life, find balance, pursue different money making dreams, make a podcast, read more books, be in the now, breathe, slow down, blah blah blah
