I think what you wrote was very reasonable. However, consider this,
what if you added a little content? I am not suggesting your information is not solid.
, but what if you added a post title to maybe get a person's attention? I mean "Back to the blog!" is a little plain. You should look at Yahoo's home page and
watch how they write news titles to grab viewers interested.
You might add a video or a related pic or two to
get readers interested about what you've written. Just my opinion, it could make your website a little livelier.

Laughing cow cheese is delicious and it's only 1 point per wedge!! Here are some yummy recipes that I found and wanted to share. It comes in three flavors, original, herb and garlic and french onion. They are all delicious and taste like a creamier version of cream cheeese. Stuffed Mushrooms Serving Size : 16 3 cup mushrooms 12 wedges Laughing Cow Cheese — Light - Garlic & Herb flavored 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Chop stems. Unwrap cheeses and place in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute to soften. Combine crumbs, mushroom stems and cheese. Take spoonfuls and fill mushroom caps. Babble Babble

Whenever I'm away from the computer, I always think of a million things that I want to write about...then I sit at the computer and NOTHING....what the heck.... 2 random things.... I did want to write about my skinny caramel latte from Starbucks.(3 points for a grande, 2 points for a tall) .. I didn't like the skinny vanilla one, but for some reason the caramel one sounded fantabulous today.... so I got it and I don't really like it...LOL if you like coffee, you will def. enjoy....I think next time I would get extra caramel..... but better yet, I'll just stick to my morning tea from DD, can't go wrong with that one! Delish! Another thing..... Weigh in day has been changed to Friday. My two girlfriends and I decided last night... Monday weigh in's are too annoying...so now we will be able to enjoy the weekends :) I def. think that it was good to do for the beginning, b/c it held me more accountable on the weekends but now I'm feeling pretty confident that I w...

Black Bean Brownies

My friend made the brownies with the can of black beans that I found on Gina's Weight Watcher Recipes http://weight-watchers-points-recipes.blogspot.com/2008/06/black-bean-brownies-2-pts.html and they are soooooooooo good! I attached a picture with a bite taken out, I had to taste to be able to tell you what I thought :) They are a pretty good size for only 2 points and really rich and creamy. Great work! Thursday's Food: Egg Whites cheese 2 arnolds 1 shrimp 3 yogurt 1 sweet tarts 2 cheese 2 crackers 4 torts 3.5 smartone 4 pudding 1 Total: 23.5 Over: 2.5 Bonus Left: 23.5 Water: 88 ounces Activity: Ran 3.7 walked 1.3 (Can't believe I was able to run from 3.7 to the end!)
