Yesterday...

Don't eat the quesadillas!!

No clue how one and a half pieces of a quesadilla appetizer can seriously put you OVER for the day! But anyway here is yesterday: Yogurt 1 Salad 10 (I think I overcounted for my salad, but I'd rather be over then under) Quesadilla 14 Ham 6 Potatoes 2 Salad 2 WW ice cream 2 Bite cheese cake 2 Total: 39 Over: 19 Bonus left: 12 Activity: 30 Day Shred Level 2 (That was sooo hard!) I have to get back on the water....I'll start that today :)

One week down...

K...going onto week 2...last week wasn't that bad... I was def. over points and used all of my bonus points by day 2 but by writing things down, it did help me to get back on track. I'm feeling like this week will be a good one :) I weighed in this morning at 146.0, so I lost 2.6 pounds from last week. I will take it! I am 11 pounds away from my goal..... getting there....slowly but surely. My friend Jami re-introduced me to the Jillian Michaels 30 minute Shred workout. I forgot how good it is! It's quick and pushes you! It's on On Demand for Comcast and Verizon. You can also buy the DVD too. There are either 2 or 3 parts, I'm not sure, but as you get better at 1 you move onto the next one and so on.... So heres to a good week of eating and shredding!

So hard...

Why is it so much harder to behave in the summer? I think the only reason that I am excited to go back to work is to get back on track with WW!! I am trying though...even though I'm not sticking to the points, even just writing things down to start is def. helping! I'm also trying to drink water again... I already drank my 88 ounces for the day!

It's gonna be a long 5 days! and I'm going to dinner tonight...God Bless Me! hahaha... Looks like dinner will be salad for this girl! Boring! Anyway have a great day!

Uh-Oh!

K....so after 40 trips to the shore and a trip to Punta Cana, I have officially gained about 10 pounds.... I now weigh 148.6...EWGH! I'm praying that I can blame it on the al-al-al-al-co-hol... but I've been eating crappy too... so I'm back on the WW bandwagon full fledged. I just started writing everything down and all. I am going to drink my 88 ounces of water and try to behave :) Hopefully I can get back down around my goal weight rather then back up around my starting weight! LOL Anyway hope that everyone is having a great summer! Can't believe it's August...how depressing :( Talk to you all soon!!! Wish me luck!
