Summertime :)

Here are some tips to some lowfat outdoor fun:

1. Arnolds (seperate the top from the bottom so you have 2 pieces) In a bowl, mix a packet of either fat free or light cream cheese with a packet of Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix) Spread that on top of the arnolds . Cut each half into 4 slices and then top with a slice of cucumber and sprinkle on some dill... DELISH
2. A veggie tray with dip (I use breakstone's Fat Free Sour Cream and a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip) This is a great staple app to have things to pick on that are healthy
3.) Turkey Pepperoni and Reduced Fat Kraft Sharp Cheddar Cheese with Fiber Select Wheat Thin Crackers
4.) Crab Ball -mix Fat Free Cream Cheese and a can of jumbo lump crab meat then top with cocktail sauce Served with Fiber Select Wheat Thin Crackers
5.) Shrimp Cocktail
6.) Chicken and Veggie Skewers on the grill
7.) Salsa made with a can of mexican corn, a can of black beans (rinsed), 2 avocados, a diced plum tomato, 1/4 cup of salsa and garlic and onion powder to taste. Serve with baked scoops it is DELISH!
8.) Turkey burger stuffed with a wedge of laughing cow cheese on the grill
9.) Filet and Veggie Skewers on the grill
