Here's to a new week :)

This weekend I went to the beach with my BF, her 2 daughters, her sister and her sister's friend...and we had a great time!! The weather was crappy for the first 2 days so we hung in, rented "He's just not that into you", which was really cute by the way, ate, snoozed,entertained the kiddos, facebooked, googled, emailed and then ate again....it was very relaxing but we were SO ready to see the sun!!

When the sun finally came out you kind of forget that it was just raining for the past 48 hours. So we decided to take a walk down to the beach and play at the park that is pretty much on the beach. It was fun! After that we came back home and decided to put the baby pool on the deck and hang out there. It's tough to sit on the beach or sit anywhere actually with a 2 yr. old and a 2 week old, but we did a pretty good job! We hung on the deck for a little bit and then made tacos for dinner. After dinner, we got ice cream, watched some tv and went to bed! Sunday morning we went to breakfast, cleaned and then were on the road by around 12:30. It was a really great weekend!

When I got home yesterday, my stepdad had my dog in a baby pool. It was too cute so I decided to take a pic and post it.... Awwww....
But anyway last night for dinner, my mom made stuffed porkchops, green beans and salad... my eating this weekend was def. not good and I couldn't weigh in on Friday b/c I was at the beach with no scale so I had to weigh in today.....EWGH....LOL it's wasnt' too bad... 141.6. gained, but are you kidding me...i've been eating soooo bad lately I was ready for a 10 pound gain! Gotta get back on track today!

Oh and last night I saw the Hangover with my stepbrother...OMG...HYSTERICAL!! Def. funniest movie that I have seen in a long time!!!! I needed it :)

Laughing cow cheese is delicious and it's only 1 point per wedge!! Here are some yummy recipes that I found and wanted to share. It comes in three flavors, original, herb and garlic and french onion. They are all delicious and taste like a creamier version of cream cheeese. Stuffed Mushrooms Serving Size : 16 3 cup mushrooms 12 wedges Laughing Cow Cheese — Light - Garlic & Herb flavored 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Chop stems. Too funny. I had the hardest time figuring out how many points my Orville Redenbacher 94% fat free smart pop popcorn was for the WHOLE bag... well apparently I'm not alone....
