So I started to see a pattern with my weight loss. This is how the month goes (I'm starting the month the week after you know who visits)....
1st week (lose 3-5 pounds)
2nd week (lose 1 pound)
3rd week (lose 5-8 ounces)
4th week (lose 1 ounce if lucky!)
haha I guess that's how you can keep up an average of 1-2 pounds a week though, it's funny how it all works out in the end... but anyway this is a great week...so I'm going to enjoy it!
So if you feel like you are stuck on the same number or two for a couple weeks in a row...it is normal (unfortunately) but then it all works out in the end! Just stick with it!
